AUDIO/VIDEO - LIVE EVENT BROADCASTING – MEDIA STREAMING allows for people at any time to listen to audio or watch streaming video clips of a LIVE event, without the need for a time consuming download process. The media over the Internet is broadcasted and utilizes the servers of Partners In Faith. A listing shall be available for qualified Christian organizations via www.thegospel.com, for promotional purposes benefiting the Event.

Option 1 ... Rent a broadcasting box from us for $100 per day. Sorry, no half-day rentals.

This PC only requires the following:

  • Video in S-Video or RCA format, Audio = 1/8 mini pin male, Internet connection = Ethernet Plug (RJ45/Category 5).

We will provide the following:

  • Pre-configured broadcasting software (Windows Media Encoder) along with our virtual help system that allows us to remotely access the broadcasting box to help with any setup/configuration/issues.
  • USB based Video Capture Card (320 x 240 resolution), that will allow us to take your media feed to our servers for re-broadcasting.
  • Microsoft Vista operating system.
  • Initial test, prior to broadcast, up to 30 minutes.
  • A link for all to view via your website and ours.


Option 2 ... Purchase a broadcasting box for $700.00, includes shipping & handling plus insurance. This system will include the following:

  • Pentium Dual Core 2.4ghz processor
  • 2 GB of DDR2 4400
  • 160 GB 7200 RPM Hard Drive
  • 5.1 compliant sound card
  • 10/100 Network Adapter
  • DVD+-R
  • Keyboard, Mouse, USB Headset
  • Manufacturer will be either HP or Dell.
  • Pre-configured broadcasting software (Windows Media Encoder) along with our virtual help system that allows us to come into the PC to help with any setup/configuration.
  • USB based Video Capture Card (320 x 240 resolution), that will allow us to take your media feed to our servers for re-broadcasting. [NOTE: A hardware version of a video capture card is available for an additional $150.00.]
  • Microsoft Vista or XP operating system.
  • 1 Year Parts/Labor
  • Monitor sold separately.

All Video plans above are done in Windows Media format. Additional minutes will be priced at 15 minute increments.  
 

2. All LIVE BROADCAST events must have expenses covered by the Client, prior to arrival by PIF staff:

» Airfare for 2
» Lodging for 2
» Transportation
» Meals = $25 per person, per day.

3. All LIVE BROADCAST events should have an audio/video and Internet savvy contact person(s), at least 45 days prior to the event.

4. Client is responsible for providing Bandwidth and Audio and/or Video feed to TheGospel.com's staff.

5. TheGospel.com will provide the computers and equipment in order to carry the bandwidth across the Internet to our servers.

6. TheGospel.com staff must arrive at least 24 hours prior to event starting to test.

Paying quarterly, achieves an additional 5% off retail services.

If the client is willing to allow us to include our own brochures in their Event Media Package, we are willing to take an additional 5% off retail services.

If the client is willing to allow us a 10 X 10 booth space at the particular event, we are willing to take off an additional 5% off retail services.

Note: All payments are made in advance prior to start of service. Level of service is pending on the customer level of responsibility: which is inclusive of delivery of material to be streamed, ability to provide a contact person for feedback within a timely matter (24 hours).
